Postnatal Day Support
Before your baby is born I will talk to you on the phone about your wants and expectations. Then I can come to your home and meet your family and become familiar with your home. Once your baby is born and I have availability, we can organise for me to visit as soon as you like once you return home from your Birth place.
Once you are home I offer morning or afternoon visits between 3-5 hours long.
Things I'm able to offer during these visits:
-Support and encouragement with infant feeding; this includes breastfeeding support, bottle feeding or combination feeding
- Guidance in routines, bathing, calming & playing and newborn tips
-Looking after your baby while you catch up on some sleep, have a shower or just a bit of 'you' time
-Assist in your first outings, going to the shops, appointments, walks
-Helping around the house, tidying the kitchen, laundry, cooking simple meals, assembling new baby furniture
-Company! We can reflect on your birth, talk about future dreams or just chat with a cup of tea
-I'm always just a text away if you have any questions or just want the confidence in what you are doing

Overnight Doula Support
In the first few weeks of your baby's life you can get very little sleep leaving you mentally and physically exhausted.
This is completely normal so why not get some extra support and a good nights sleep.
Overnight support is an option for you if your baby is breastfed or bottle fed.
It's a great solution knowing your baby is safe, so you can get a good night's sleep.
